The nature and applications of standalone websites for artists has changed significantly in recent years. Immediacy and integration into a flexible user or fan journey, social interconnectivity and presentation of an artist’s brand are still key elements though. In addition, many members or the press and media divisions are relying on a hub for vital promotional assets. In addition the fragmented playground of tour calendar integrations these days make the artist site an even more important platform to promote the concert activity in a concise and reliably maintained way.
Joe Locke‘s original website was taken on by nadworks in 2009. This new generation site, running exclusively on WordPress and focussing on viewport responsiveness, clarity and frequent updates is the first redesign. We’re maximising on interconnectivity, drive traffic through consistent interlinking with social feeds and create bespoke landing pages for Joe’s various projects to grow engagement with the artist and his brand.
