We built the very first website for the Tommy Smith Youth Jazz Orchestra when the domain was a fresh registration in autumn 2006. To enable Tommy and his team to maintain the site themselves and have more control over updates such a the tour calendar and news flashes, we re-designed and built the site from scratch in 2011, to coincide with the Orchestra’s new album release “Emergence” for which we provided the album packaging.
The structure is based on a simple layout – an tweak of the native twentyten theme, utilising – as key plugins – Premium Slider, Advanced Custom Fields and GigPress.
