Completing this standard multi-channel campaign for yet another row of Scottish National Jazz Orchestra (SNJO) gigs was completed by this email blast incl. custom social connectivity and mobile rendering enhancement. More interesting is this concert series as Tommy Smith recently explained how they are intending to stage these events: all in true Duke Ellington spirit. The pieces are arranged to be short and punchy, hardly outlasting the set 4-5 mins, keeping often lengthy improvisations to a minimum, hence no music stands for the soloists. Intriguing and worth checking out.
